Enforced rules
- Blocked edits for day 0–2 (today, tomorrow, day‑after)
- Requests allowed up to 14 days ahead during season
- Off‑season blocked (Sep 1 – Jun 17)
- Daily limit: 35 Lifeguard/Rookie
- Max 5 consecutive days when MANDATORY_BREAKS is enabled
